    Ken... you are doing an amazing job!!! I am so proud of you! And I am so glad that i have another buddy at work to talk to about all of this. I always worry that the ones that arent obsessed like us get annoyed when I talk about it alot lol..

    It's ok Jaclyn, let them get annoyed. We have a right to be excited about making a positive change in our lives. That's why I dont sweat what people think when I'm at the gym... yup fat boy burning it up again on the Elliptical and Stair Stepper.

    lmbo!!! OMG So its not just me... Ive been on a MFP Mission at work telling every one about it, showing the scan bar code thing! I think Im starting to annoy my co workers! but its just so great!!!! Glad Im not the only one!!
