Hubby and I are both lucid dreamers but mine are more disturbing and I "feel" a lot of them. On the plus side saucy ones are indeed saucy ;)

A year old...I've since lost 50+ pounds since so I should probably change it :)

Amazing! You look great!

I'm hypo too for the past 8 yrs and most likely longer. It has really impacted my weight loss...it takes me so long to lose even though I stay under calories, exercise, and take meds for it. Sooo incredibly frustrating. Anyone fee free to add me...it's nice to have support from others going through the same thing.

The chewables I like are Bariatric Advantage...the flavors taste great and they have low dose options :) I've read that it's quite common for vegetarians to have low iron sometimes.

Dark greens...spinach, kale etc. Red meat as well. If you do need a supplement there are chewables too in low doses. I have iron deficient anemia...getting your iron in is important as it can cause hair loss, shortness of breath, weakness, etc. Hope you feel better soon and glad you caught it early!

I have terrible insomnia and take 4 prescription meds for it. At this point you might want to see your doc since its so bad. OTC at this point...unless you take alot...which you shouldn't..isn't going to help. Trust me, I would know :( Do you know if you have sleep apnea? You might want to ask your doc about it just in…

Protein, protein, and more protein! It will keep you much fuller than carbs (not to mention way healthier).

My dietician suggested cheese sticks for me...and they are very low carb.

I had a gastric bypass several months ago and cap out at about 800 to 1100 calories a day. However, I've had the bypass so that's totally normal. If you haven't had WLS then you should probably be eating more calories...especially if you're exercising. You can do little things to boost them like eating regular yogurt…

I've heard alot of great things about the fitbit and just ordered the basic one for $55. You can sync it with MFP and it keeps track of everything online and helps with tracking, etc. If you just want a straight HRM you can find some inexpensive ones on Amazon.

I take smarty pants gummies...they have vitamin d and one has in them as well. I have a really hard time with pills but to be safe I take my pills every couple of days instead of the tummies.

I'm a carbaholic but eat at a major calorie deficit and have still been losing weight. It isn't as fast but when I deprive myself of carbs for long periods I go hog wild and go for the worst of the worst...junk food. When I eat carbs on a regular basis and don't deprive myself I make much better choices. As long as I my…

Great meal plan! I see a dietician and she says as long as you stick to more protein than carbs you are on an awesome track and the weight will come off...she's totally right so far! It's difficult though because carbs are pretty much in everything :( I eat a variety of foods all the time...I couldn't eat the same thing…

My husband does this all the time LOL but isn't concerned about it. I've noticed I do it sometimes, too...and that (for me anyway) it's related to stress. At this point I keep a sugar free hard candy by my side of the bed and that works like a charm when I wake up hungry.

I had the bypass and almost died due to severe complications. I was in the hospital for 3 weeks and was on a ventilator. I had a leak (which can be a serious complication with this procedure). I came home with a wound vac and had to be on IV nutrition for 2 months. It was awful. That being said, I don't think people…

Hello and welcome. I'm new too and had surgery December 17th. Unfortunately I had severe complications so eating was extremely difficult. I can't stomach most protein powders but the Nectars are good as well as Carnation Instant Breakfast. My dietician recommended buying sugar free syrups to switch up the flavors of the…
