Yes these are awesome...my kids gobble them all up so all I get out of a box is 1 serving! Had them with fat-free ranch dip the other night at a BBQ & it was a great snack!

I would do fat free cream cheese...with a side of scrambled egg whites for some more protein & maybe some fruit. I tried the cinnamon raisin thins & this is what I did...it was good and not bad calorie wise.

You can try making Roasted Chickpeas...I found a recipe on (http://blog.fatfreevegan.com)...they are a great snack when you are craving something to munch on & you can make them either salty or sweet or both depending on what you want at that moment!! I think it is fine...are you eating natural peanut butter? If not then I suggest you switch to that so you don't have all the not so good additives. But, as long as you count the calories and stay within your daily allowance it is all good in my book :)

I just had a snack of Special K multi-grain crackers (you get a serving of 24 little crackers for 120 cal) with a weight watchers jalapeno pepper cheese wedge...it was yummy and satisfying!
