  • I'm a licensed instructor. It's an all day training. You learn the 4 basic Zumba moves for Basic 1. Merengue, Salsa, Reggeaton, & Cumbia. There's lectures that go over rules for teaching and alot of great information. Hope this helps. It's a long day but lots of fun. They help teach you how to come up with choreography too.

  • You need to add it yourself. Zumba is different for each person. It's best to invest in a HRM (Heart Rate Monitor) to track your calories burned.   • Every person burns different with Zumba. I wear a HRM and usually burn over 600 for 60 minutes. But it depends on how much you work it. The more you weigh the more you burn.   • I believe you should only use your HRM for exercise only. MFP calculates everyday calories burned already. I only use mine for exercise ad log it accordingly.
