I have heard that none of the Big pizza chains use pure mozzarella, their meat is full of fillers and there is ton of non food like ingredients. calories, fat all that stuff is not as important as eating real food in my opinion  FDA regulations say that you can write Made with 100% real Mozzarella as long as 2% of it…

Um I do all of these and incorporate a lot of cardio and mountain biking and it works GREAT for me as long as I don't eat junk... I dont get the whole hate on cardio thing. I love weight training, but if you like cardio - do it. . My most successful routine is alternating between yoga, cadio and mountain biking and lifting…

This sums it up very nicely. I lived in Fairbanks and I had three choices for a gym. One was nice but cost over 100 a month, the other two were Planet Fitness and a 24 hour tiny place that was mostly treadmills and a few machines. SO I went with PF. It was clean well kept. It had a TON of cardio machines and the usual…

I liked the concept behind NROLFW BUT I found that there were too many exercise variations that were simply to keep people from being bored. If you like variation I would recommend this, but if you like predictability in your work out...then Stronglifts is for you.

This. For sure! I found that I need to do each work out twice before adding weight (I'm sure the Strong-lifts guy would disapprove, but it has worked wonders for me!) Also, you probably need to just stick to the bar weight until you get the form and flexibility to safely add weight. I have no upper body strength and…

Eat more fat. Avocados dredged in eggs and panko crumbs and fried in coconut oil is a sure way to warm up. also I really think you should be eating 1700 at least! you lose slower but healthier and its way easier to maintain!

for just a cut 60.00 or 120.00 for highlights cut n style..

hi :-) I manage my husbands weight by making sure I pack him a healthy lunch and I make us a healthy breakfast. I also search for snacks that he likes, but I think are healthy and put them in his lunch box too. Intake is the main cause for weight gain. If he is craving sweets and such it's probably because he is not…

And this is good advice!

Always call it Sir or Ma'am...Wine hates to be addressed impolitely.  Sorry...couldn't resist. I just drink red wines that satisfy with just a little bit. I cant drink more then a glass or maybe two of a good Merlot. I make sure I alot for the sugars and calories in my plan for the day.

This is good advice :-) A spray tan actually helps hide dimples and you feel way more confident...Confidence is key to beauty. If you walk and act like you got it then people will believe you. Sexy doesn't have to be all about thin. A good bathing suit can hide a lot of "flaws" which will also help you hold yourself with…

Yes. My husband in particular. I started cooking much more healthy meals and so his energy level started to go up. After a few months of fairly healthy eating he started getting interested in working out and mountain biking. I think if you nourish the body properly you will naturally start being more active because you…

Tuna salad can be made with plain yogurt. The tuna flavor is strong enough that you can't detect a difference between mayo/yogurt. I like adding boiled eggs, green onions, jalapenos and pepper to it and eating it on toasted bread. Yum.

this!

 True. Excellent addition.

I recommend avoiding canola/veggie oils at all costs! Have you ever researched what is in Canola oil? Its actually rapeseed oil that goes through intense processing to make it edible! Read this: http://www.westonaprice.org/know-your-fats/the-great-con-ola Canola is a lie pushed by companies back when an incomplete study…

Unless you live in Fairbanks and it's the only gym that doesn't cost 175 per month. (They have ONE health club that is outrageously expensive and a planet fitness and a 24 hour fitness that is even smaller then planet fitness...) Sometimes you take what you can get.

Hi Lady :-) I have always had 5 or 8 pounds that I thought I would look better without. Through High-school I ate a strict 1200 cal a day diet. I was always a little flabby, but thin. However, I felt tired and listless. I think I was borderline anorexic. A few years ago I read some articles on how we kill our metabolism as…

Perhaps your body isn't happy on the diet you are trying. I did something similar for about a couple years and never lost fat, "toned up" or anything...I just felt tired all the time. The I found out about a few things that changed my life forever. 1- Heavy Lifting. Just do it. It makes your body change so much faster then…

I weight 135-138 depending on the time lol. I ma pretty happy with this weight. I don't have to work out too much or diet too strictly to maintain it. However, I notice that I feel better when I am lifting heavy weights and doing a smattering of cardio and yoga. I actually get thinner, but my weight goes up a little. I am…

Look up the Strong Lifts 5X5! Its an awesome routine...and the results are fantastic :-)

Hi! Just be careful that your baby is getting proper nutrition. That is much more important then gaining weight! My mom was told the nineties that she shouldn't gain much weight with her pregnancy and that she should continue her strict exercise program. so she did. I was OK, but my two brothers after me came VERY…
