I'm not a BB coach, but I do have several their programs. Today was my Day1 of T25 (Alpha Carido). WOW!! 25 minutes went by really fast, gave me an awesome burn and a great sweat! Endurance is not my strong suit, so half way I started following Tania to keep me going without taking any rest during the workout. I'm so glad…

My strategy to beat the coming SAD :frown: 1) Adding Zumba to my regular routine. 2) Increasing Vitamin D intake from food and supplement. 3) Backup plan: light therapy.

I've been on Paleo for 2 months now, I'm thinking to move to Primal. I don't drink milk, but I love cheese. I'm going to learn more about Primal before making the change.

I have "Everyday Paleo", it's not bad. My favourite paleo cookbook is "Make It Paleo", also I love the new book "Practical Paleo" which just came out not too long ago. I found these two books are more of my style. I have tried several recipes from both books, and they are all very good, very yummy.

The biggest challenge to me is eating-out or taking-out... feel like it's a paleo unfriendly world out there :noway: Anyway, I'm still learning everyday. I will keep learning the practicing the paleo way of eating & living, please feel free to add me, thank you…

denefitely not those commercial dairy products. what Mark includes in the primal eating is high-fat dairy (raw, fermented, unpasteurized).

in a nutshell, eating paloe is eating unprocessed foods that were eaten by our ancestors long before the introduction of agriculture, so no grains, no legumes, no dairy, no sugar. if you like to learn more, google Robb Wolf's "The Paleo Solution", Dr Loren Cordain's "The Paleo Diet", and Mark Sisson's "The Primal…

Tosca Reno has several books (includes two cookbooks) on this subject.
-
I first learned about eating clean was a few years ago from Tosca Reno's book "Eating Clean Diet"... basically it's about eating natural/real food (not processed food) and eat small meal throutout the day.
-
i don't have any problem with warm lemon water 1st thing in the monring... i can't remember where I read it, but it's for for liver detox.
-
you can lose weight just by dieting alone.... but you won't get tone or have better body shape, also you will lose some muscle mess along the way, which will slow down your metabolism, that's not good. on the other hand, if you work out hard, but eat crapy food, your body won't improve either. as you mentioned you've done…

118 lbs was my lowest weight in my adulthood (in my 20's)... I wasn't happy because I was flabby, had no shape at all. Now I know better about exercising, body fat, building lean muscle.... I'm focusing more on losting body fat, so I probably don't even need to go all the way down to 118 lbs.
