Of course you should count the water that you drink during exercise. Why wouldn't you? You are still consuming and absorbing that water, even though you're sweating it out. I always count mine because it doesn't make sense not to.

Are you using two different machines? If I save stuff to my food at work, it won't show up on my computer at home. Annoying!

Anyone can add me if they like, I'm definitely in the 'need to lose 100+' category. I absolutely respect everyone's weight loss journey, just sometimes I feel like I'm one of the only people who has a really huge amount of weight to lose. I started at 335 and I'm 254 now.

Oh honey I wish I had some ideas and good advice for you, but the truth is I really don't, and I'd be remiss if I were to try and give you some feedback on this. My best suggestion is to see a nutritionist, someone who specializes in this sort of thing and can give you proper advice. Please don't give up. Love Love Love <3

Those machines LIE, grrr it makes me so mad and I don't understand why it's like that. Totally not cool at all. I ordered a heart rate monitor and it should arrive soon, so I'll compare. :grumble:

I have a really bad right knee, I'm stuck on finding leg work that doesn't involve bending, like squats/lunges/leg press. It kind of sucks because I LOVE having sore legs.

Congrats!! I downloaded Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred, is that the one you're talking about? I haven't done it yet but I don't think it's too difficult as it's only about 20-25 minutes, we should all try it and see how it is!!

I found a "Polga" class that fits with my schedule this week, it's yoga using a pole...lol For some reason it feels less intimidating. It seems like I wouldn't have to let my sexy side come out as much, I'm not exactly in touch with my sexy side at this weight lol Now I just need to get up the nerve to do it!

Wow that's so cool, good for you! Pole fitness is one of my biggest goals, but at 255 lbs I feel I'm too heavy to try it just yet and don't feel like I have enough upper body strength. Was it pretty difficult?

I'm really new too! So far I love it, although I'm very confused because I can't seem to figure out how much my calorie deficit is daily. Oh well! I've lost 80 pounds and counting. :heart:

Yeah I'm a little confused by this too. If I ate all my exercise calories I'd be eating welllllllll over 2000 calories a day, that doesn't seem quite right if I want to actually LOSE weight.
