I don't know why but when I put food in the breakroom for others to eat instead of me eating it, I feel soooooo good! Like the food no longer has control over me. I love girl scout cookies and I managed to not even buy a box this year. They are tastey but they do no look good on my hips. :P Good for you!!

i have a gym that just opened across the street so it's conveinant on my hour break to go over there, workout for about 35 minutes, shower my body off, not my hair, then change back into clothes and drive with the windows down on the way back to dry my hair lol. otherwise I just go for a walk or find somewhere to do push…

my office is crazy with this.... Almost daily there are catered meetings and there is always food left over. It's like a cattle call. ^^this. I have my activity level set to sedetary, so i eat back my exercise cals. It ends up being the same as my TDEE.

I started one at my work as well! it's such a good motivator, it's me, the only girl about a bunch of guys but i'm up for the challenge. Currently I'm in the lead! I can't wait till the next weigh in. Ours is running Jan 7- March 28. the winnings are $180.

yes. MFP creates the calorie defecit to reach your goal already. I always eat back the calories.

SOmeone gave me the advice, just go with intent on staying 10 minutes. Almost always you'll end up staying longer. but if you don't stay at least you went that day.

add me, I usually eat between 1580 and 1800 cals a day and have been losing 1.5 lbs a week. i love food. I can't do the 700 cal a day diet like some of my "friends" are doing. ugh.

^^^this I do the same thing but make a veggie version. 14 egg whites and 4 whole eggs. crack into a bowl and mix together. lightly oil the muffin tin.
