    While I have lost a significant amount of weight (52 lbs.), I'm nowhere near finished sculpting my body. I've been on the StrongLifts 5x5 program for almost 4 weeks and I'm hoping to see a nice difference in my body composition by the 10th week. Here's a little bit of my work in progress. :)

    My chubby arms weren't necessarily weak, but they're lots stronger now.

    First photo was taken probably 3-4 years ago while I was working out 2-3 times a week but very little weights (mainly Les Mills BodyCombat classes). Second photo was taken within the last month. I currently workout at least 6 days a week with some bootcamp, circuit training, yoga and tabata classes and then Les Mills BodyPump (once a week) and BodyCombat (twice a week).
