do not start out to heavy. It takes time to get your body into lifting. Dont hurt yourself. I wold say go light for about a 3 to 4 weeks. good luck

I would tell him your a big girl and can go to bed whenever you want. If he can't fall asleep without you go and get him a nuk, it helps my twins sleep.

yes, life get busy and we forget to take coare of ourselves. I know where you are comming from. New to training- Anyone new to exercise will more than likely gain a few pounds in the beginning due to water and glycogen retention. It's natural and common. I just read this on a post. Maby its you. Remember it takes time to gain fat and also to lose fat. Dont give up.

If you are around 115 1200 a day with work out is doing well. It all depends on how much body fat you have also. At 115 is sounds like you might not have much. Are trying to bulk up?

i try to think of it as counting calories for the week. If you can stay at your goal for the week you will be ok. I have been doing this for over 45 days and lost 20 lbs. It takes time and alot of hard work. Going to bed hungry is so hard. Dont just be strong and you will do fine. If you mess up one day dont worry most uf us messed up for years. i would just make sure you log everything. Dont forget about the small stuff. (dressings, ect) The more you loos the easier it will get.
