    Yes, I am an active mfp user. I love to log my food and exercise everyday unless I am away on a road trip which is usually once every two months.

    You can't see my diary and that is because I only know the calories of my food but not all the content in it since I live in east Asia and can't read the ingredients yet! I am just putting this information in just incase you care about whether or not food diaries can be viewed.

    i try to stay inactive as possible. because, you know. the whole exercise calories thing. i avoid the whole debate by staying sedentary.

    I log in everyday =] I also delete inactive friends from my page once a week...its getting pretty empty.
