Most accurate way to calculate calories?

According to MFP I should be eating 1200 a day to lose weight. But, I've been reading on here that eating that little makes you not lose or causes you to plateau. So I wanted to find out are thier other websites that can give me a really precise number? MFP seems to just spit out very general numbers. FYI I'm 31, 5'4, 115 pounds & I work out 5-6 times a week doing 45-60 mins of cardio and weight lifting.

If you are around 115 1200 a day with work out is doing well. It all depends on how much body fat you have also. At 115 is sounds like you might not have much. Are trying to bulk up?0

115 and 5'4? I can't imagine you're wanting to lose weight still. How about increasing your calories to your TDEE calculated here...
