YAY for this post! I'm a wine drinker too, and I always feel guilty having a glass. When I get really into working out hard, I don't drink as much but sometimes work is stressful and I crave it. Boullion cubes are chock full of salt...you can usually find low sodium, low fat broth that's only about 15-20 calories per serving size. I imagine that bouillion cubes don't have a lot (if any) of calories, but the sodium alone is probably not the best.

Becky, I just did this today ironically LOL. I log it under cardiovascular and I have a Polar P6 to tell me about calories burned. I read on another blog on this site that it was intended to burn between 500 and 600 calories per workout. If you don't have a HRM, make sure you log conservatively. Hope this helps!

I've been bad since Thursday, but thank goodness I haven't had any weight gain (crossing fingers for tomorrow)! The plan is to get a good workout in tonight, then back at it tomorrow.

Have you tried squeezing in a lunch workout, if it's possible? That way you don't have to do it before or after work.

Hey I'm just curious to know - who's doing crunches and who is doing sit-ups? I thought (trying to make my self feel better LOL) that'd crunches would be easier than sit-ups, so I opted to do the sit-ups. :laugh:

May babies are the best! My birthday is May 4 and I have about 20lbs to lose. I plan on having it done the for the weekend before because I want to be struttin' my stuff on the beach in Miami! :bigsmile: I've lost 10lbs in 5 weeks so hopefully the last 20 will melt off. Game on!

Mine will give me three different weights three times in a row. I typically keep getting on until I like what I see, and then I'm done for the day! :)

Am I the only one who thinks that BFBM is incredibly tough? I can't make it through all 7 circuits in one sitting...usually it takes me about an hour to do it. :: picking up dumbbells to get ready to up my game :: :laugh:
