Yes...after my divorce, raising my girls...felt I needed to be there for them and not be selfish...went many times a year plus....been almost 2 years now. Am almost ready to meet someone, want to be comfortable in my skin first.

6am on weekdays, after work about 4 on Sats and Sundays before Noon. If I don't do it weekdays at 6, I find I have too many excuses after work. :happy:

Yep, we do. I need to take tomorrow morning off the treadmill. Have a blood blister on my pinky toe and it hurts to walk..so my mind is saying DO NOT TAKE A DAY OFF, but my feet are screaming, TAKE IT! :) Anyway...I need to catch up on all your topics soon! Making a big breakfast of sauted mushrooms, onions, peppers, eggs. Could eat that daily and has lower calories...yum. The wholly guacamole 100 calorie packs, same with individual hummus. Mainly been on my treadmill. I bought it a year ago and maybe used it a total of 2 weeks...then it collected dust and my clothes. I weigh myself about 2 times a week to keep myself in check. It is ALWAYS when I wake up. Sometimes I weigh in after exercising too, but you lose a lot of water weight then so, that number is deceiving. I just ate 1/2 a serving of 86% cacao dark chocolate for 125 calories. If you are going to eat chocolate, eat really good chocolate with lots of antioxidants that come with the darker chocolates. Aim for 70% or higher cacao for the most bang for your calories :)

Yeah, I can relate....try to be good during week only to blow it on the weekend....so now I find a decent balance and try to work my splurge in even if it means working out a bit longer that day to compensate...or not eating all my exercise calories back during the week, so I do have some room to play a bit.

I noticed you are consistently over in carbs and sugar...try cutting back those 2 things some and you might see a change. I don't think the T25 burns enough calories to be eating as many as you are. Good Luck on what the doctor says.
