Good News! ! It only last a couple of days! Stay strong, drink lots of water, lower sodium intake... . and dont look at the scale! Kickboxing/Boxing is an awesome form of self defense, cardio/strength training and stress management. Ive been doing it for 2 years now and nothing compares to it! Good Luck!

I have the Polar FT60- its FABULOUS!! Its the one fitness "tool" I use everyday. They do have a pedometer that is seperate but will work with the HM. If your losing inches and not lbs. then your losing fat but gaining muscle.
