Hi there…..I've been using MFP for about 2 years, have lost 60 lbs and have been maintaining for a while now. Always good to find support. I log daily. Find keeping my exercise regime interesting is the key for me and always looking for ideas. Feel free to add me.

50.95 miles completed. I cut it close and with the rain and heat we've had in South Florida this past month I was a wee worried I wouldn't make it. Done! Thanks for the inspiration and looking forward to another one of these challenges! :-)

13.55 to date…..

Got 2 miles in today with Leslie Sansone. Pouring rain here all day, so used her online video to "walk at home" and get the miles in. Uses upper body too, so it's a little better burn :-)

Thanks for starting this group, looking forward to it! Got a late start, but got some jogging and walking today. :-)

Yes, MFP is very helpful on keeping your count. I go to Western NC a few times a year and there is no internet service. I still log daily and notify MFP when I return home to ensure I keep my count!

I think this program is awesome, easy and free. Once you start logging, it's becomes a good habit and second nature.

Born and raised in Nova Scotia, but living state side now.

I log faithfully everyday and have been on MFP since about October 2012. Down almost 60 lbs. Feel free to FR.

I've done it on my own with this site. It's been extremely helpful and eye opening to log in the diary each day - both food and exercise.

Hello, I'm a 1200 per day logger. I've lost almost 60 lbs and I've been maintaining for the past bit but would like to lose another firm 8-10 lbs. I log daily and exercise quite a bit (I think anyway).

Hello there! I'm down almost 60 lbs and have been on MFP for just over a year now. I'm also looking for positive folks that log daily and are either close to or at the maintenance level. It's a great source of help to have positive and encouraging feedback on this site! It seems maintenance can sometimes be the biggest…

I've encountered this over the past month with my weight loss and I find it very disrespectful. Nobody ever said "hey, you're getting too fat, you need to stop gaining weight". I'm just within the top range of having a "normal" BMI and very fit and healthy. It's rather hurtful too!

Hello! I've been logging in my diary for just over 110 days. I've lost 33 pounds and find the system really great. What I like is I can keep track of everything easily, including exercise and this helps me with portion control. I"m already a healthy eater, but I can eat a lot. MFP has worked great for me. Feel free to…

I have found my hip bones! They're really kinda cool too! And my husband also likes them

Hello! I don't have pictures to post but I've been tracking my food using the diary for about 112 days. I've lost 33 lbs and currently weigh in at 152. This system has worked really well for me. Good luck and feel free to friend me. Good luck!

This sounds great! I've recently started using egg whites more often. I bet this recipe would be just as good and less calories by either substituting half the whole eggs for egg whites, or maybe even all egg whites. I may try this! I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks for sharing!

I'm in Florida so we're missing the snow but we've been issued a "snuggle alert" - might get into the 60s tonight. Stay safe everybody!

Hi! A couple of hints you may find helpful: 1. Don't keep foods in your house that will tempt you to over eat. 2. Make sure you track EVERYTHING. I find this very helpful during times of temptation. For example, I will add into the daily journal what I want to eat and see what the calorie in take is. If I know it's going…

I would love to join! I've been on MFP since October and have lost 23lbs....this would be my first challenge and sounds great!
-
I've got some good ones. What are you looking for? Anything specific?

What I really like about MFP is that you can do all the things you do now, just in moderation. I'm very similar to you in that I'm short (5'1"), have a desk job and like to have drinks and yummy food. I started tracking my food on this site in early October and I've lost about 23 lbs. I was in the 180s and my goal is the…

How about stair climbing or walking up and down hills if you have any in your area!
-
Very good! Congratulations! I bet you feel awesome :-)
-
How about fruit, nuts or dried fruit, canned fruit, cheese. I take the Laughing Cow little cheeses to work in my purse!

Congratulations! You look fabulous and I bet you feel awesome!
