Most instructors ask if any one is new and helps them out the first time. I notice there a people of all ages, sizes and skill level in the classes. I've only see support for the other participants. Go enjoy a class.

I'm in maintenance mode now. I get about 2300 a day, but since I normally workout, I eat about 3000. When I was losing weight, I was getting about 1800 a day net.

I eat brown rice to get more good carbs. I would add eggs to the list. I eat them boiled most of the time. I like Wasa Crisp bread and lowfat cream cheese as a snack. Natural peanut butter is also good on bread.
