When I run, my back sweats ALOT. This in turn, results in, ummm, swamp *kitten* (for lack of a better word lol) then redass. Is there any tricks to preventing these very uncomfortable and embarrassing occurences?

Sorry if this is way TMI, I didn't know who else to ask, though. Thanks in advance!!

Some kind of towel or absorbent on your pant line? Like wrapping a sweater around your waist or some kind of equivalent?

Today I saw some stuff at Rural King called Anti-Monkey Butt. I don't know anything about this stuff, but it sounds like this is what it's for! here's their website: http://www.antimonkeybutt.com/

Use talcom powder. I know others use it on the reverse side of their body to prevent chafing "down there"

Try a restaurant secret- corn starch, baby powder, or a product called 'Monkey Butt".... helps that issue!... And ladies it works for swamp tits too lmao

deoderant on the chaffed spot or vaseline/aquaphor. I used to get chaffing right at my bra line...the deodorant cleared it up and I haven't had a problem since.
