i left the diet industry last year and came back three days ago and found that i lost 16 lbs since i last logged in to myfitnesspal... but im back to dieting and working out now ..i simply did not feel healthy and really need to get this weight off me .

just make sure you set yourself up for success instead of failure. I found that eating alot of raw veggies and snacking on some fruit and nuts ,drinking a ton of water with lemon in it will help curb the appetite to gorge or eat alot of dressing ,potatoes ect. i wind up putting literally a tiny scoop of everything on the…

protein shake ... protein, almond milk and frozen fruit with a glass of water to thin it out a bit because its really thick otherwise ..very filling and its like drinking a milkshake ........ i buy protein bars for a quick grab instead of making something .

set up an obstacle course in your house or your yard .. i use my stairs too , up and down and try to challenge the amount of times i did previously..or use the bottom stairs as a stair step and go up and down that with weights in your hands . planks , crunches , jumping jacks , the list goes on what you can do in your home…
