definitely the fit. misses allow for more space in the hips, thighs, and chest. my mom can wear a medium size in Misses, but has trouble finding XLs in the Juniors that fit, just because she has a full chest.

i don't mind when people have opinions. but body shaming is never okay. by saying that the bottom row is more beautiful than the bottom row, you are being just as hateful as those who say the top row is more beautiful than the top row. WE NEED TO END BODY SHAMING. every woman's body is beautiful. small, big, curvy, skinny,…

what kind of cucumber rolls are people serving you? haha the ones i've had are literally just a piece of cucumber in rice wrapped with sushi!
-
miso soup and edamame are awesome appetizers, and then for the actual sushi - go for tuna, salmon, or vegetarian rolls. if you have the option of brown rice, go for that!

you can always create a new food. i find it just as simple as quick add.

you should eat back at least half of your exercise calories :] and i religiously eat at night - it's just what i do. i'd go insane without my nighttime snacks. and i've had no trouble maintaining my weight (i'm not trying to lose, but if i was, my nighttime eating would not be my hindrance)

I can't see your diary, so I can't tell you if you're eating like an eating-disordered person or not. If you're eating your 1200 calories a day, then show her your food diary. If you aren't, you need to be eating at least that much. If you aren't, and you're afraid of eating more, then that is a sign of an eating disorder.…

of course! here anytime <3

some of the calories were consumed the moment the food entered your mouth. it's hard to know the exact percentage of it, but i'd say you consumed at least 30% of the calories you ate, if not more. but i would still try to eat something else that doesn't upset your tummy :]

get rid of it. for a month, don't weigh yourself. it'll help tons, promise.
-
it's probably because you're depriving yourself of these foods, and eventually your body wants them SO badly, that you almost have to give in. try treating yourself a tiny bit each day, you'll be less likely to have days where you "binge" and eat only bad foods :] for more on this, check out the book Intuitive Eating...…

i've heard of people having success following this cycle: 1200 1500 1300 1600 1400 1200 and repeat. also switch up your cardio routine.

a. you need a SUPER clean diet for toned abs. like, way clean, no junk. b. you need a very low body fat percentage. you can do all the ab work in the world, but if you have a layer of fat, you won't see them. so do your cardio to get your body fat percentage down. c. my ab workout personally is this: 50 bicycle crunches,…

i would suggest just using a website to figure out your distance and pace. i personally use runkeeper.com and LOVE it. especially if you have a polar, you can upload the info from your HRM straight to the website if you want :]

yes. eating disorders are first and foremost a mental disorder.

i was reading this topic earlier today, and just now remembered this picture. i think it shows the difference between skinny fat and skinny toned pretty well. http://justfivemore.tumblr.com/post/3587898274

you should have a light snack with some carbs (think a piece of fruit) about 30 minutes before working out (for energy). and you should have something high-protein immediately after (to rebuild your muscles) :]

i don't think you should worry too much about calories if you're so sick that you can't keep food down. if there's a food you can eat without throwing it up, i say eat it. your body is sick, give it what it needs. once you're healthy again. you can focus on calorie counting, but now for, REST :]
