  • We use the Open WODs as our wods on Friday's at my box. You do them regardless if you're signed up or not. To make this go faster, the coach has put a 20 min time cap on those that aren't in the Open. Something tells me that I'll be hitting that.

  • I got 96. My PR is 215 so that I got 6 at 185 was really cool. Ended up kicking my shoes off in the middle of the 155s and noticed how my form felt better once I did. Since I was doing step-ups, it wasn't a bother to do them in socks. Will definitely be looking at new shoes this weekend.
