  • I am not going to PT anymore. I haven't been in probably 3 months. I was able to run for about a month without the knee pain but it just hit me like a brick about 2 weeks ago, which makes me think maybe I tore/pulled something!

  • Usually for me I tend to gain a pound or two around that time, if I dont gain that week I just maintain my previous weight. It is frustrating but if you just prepare yourself and know that it most likely will not be a great week you will get used to it and it wont bother you anymore!

  • I know I get too obessed with the scale if I weigh everyday so what I find that works best for me is I weigh in once a week. I chose Friday mornings because It is right before the weekend starts so if I happen to eat a little too much on a weekend night i can still recover before my next weigh in!
