Great job!! I've dislocated my knee a few times (first at 12) with surgery. I don't have too much trouble with squats but don't do deadlifts.. keep up the great work!!

So I'm not in maintenance yet so feel free to disregard this but I also use the Libra app to track my dailty weigh-ins. It does an average and shows a red line average of where you are. I got the tip off of the maintenance boards and really like it. The red like (in my case) is going down (yay!). but you would want it to…

awesome!!! I'm actually a little worried about this myself- dress came in last week and fits great (was snug when ordered) but the wedding is in July (it would be a great problem to have if it was too big!!)

I'm in the same boat! Did m first workout yesterday and quads are very sore (not injured but sore) not sure what to do about my planed Day 2 tomorrow. Should I still go and not squat? Wait another day?

Hate to say it but it has taken me about 30 pounds to go down a size (to be fair i was SQUEEZING into things so I prob went down 1 and 1/2 sizes). I also find that the smaller the sizes get, the less pounds I find it takes to go between sizes... It is frustrating though!

eh depends on who you ask... for me they work becuase they are quick, easy, pretty low cal, I'm not on a sodium restricted diet and honestly it's better than the alternative of not packing a lunch.... fast food

If you have a migraine (and take medication for it) you SHOULD NOT work out. I take Relpax for migraines and was told by my doctor that the medicine actually restricts the bloodflow to your brain and working out could cause a stroke. Yikes!

I just make sure to wear my fitbit and i sometimes see a small bump in exercise calories that day but not as many as if i were to count it as exercise. I would rather be surprised when I weigh in than disappointed!

I've done her post pregnancy workout (even though I'm not post pregnancy or any pregnancy) as it was a more managable cost than the full program and I do enjoy it. I'm not able to do the "dance cardio" section of it as my downstairs neighbor doesn't appreciate the jumping around (don't blame him).

I also weigh myself every day and try my best not to freak out about it. I record my lowest weight for the week into MFP. I figure that you can have a misleading higher weight due to water weight, TOM, etc. But you can't really have a "false" low wight.. It works for me.

I'm in! But I'll be out of the country 6/27-7/2 and I'm not sure what the internet connection will be like (also won't have access to a scale until i return on 7/2). Does this mean I'm out ? :(
