You need to change your macros, this is too little protein! Try setting them at 40% carbs, 30% fat and 30% protein

Thank you :) I did go down a dress size in about a month. I started with a pair of 3 lbs, but those became "too easy" so i switched to a pair of 5s about a week in. but still used the 3s for some of the shoulder workouts! Good luck! Do it, the results will be worthwhile! It's on youtube too if you don't want to pay for it

Do both, go to the gym 3 times a week and do the shred 3 times a week. I personally did 30DS 5x times a week, without any other workout and i did go down 1 dress size in 30 days

It might be "boring" and repetitive, but it works!! Honestly, it is not 'boring' because it will KICK you *kitten* every time you do it! There won't be a day where you'd go, oh boy that was an easy workout, i need more a challenge :) I have been doing JM's workout for a year now, and i break a sweat everytime

I love Jillian Michael's workout, i did them all :) I started with 30DS in February 2013. Don't lower you calorie intake by TOO much! Step by step!!! Just keep going, eventually you will finish it! Aim on finishing circuits. Start with one circuit, then add the second, don't use weights in the beginning, add them once you are able to finish each circuit "comfortably" ! My european husband is going to school in the usa and his International Business professor gave them a list of European countries and it still had: USSR, Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia on it. Just take the cookie and put on your plate. Play around with it, crumble it a bit and voila! People will leave you alone. If they ask you why you aren't eating it, just say you already ate a couple

maybe because your diet is not sustainable! 170 for 5'4 would be healthy if your body fat % is in the normal range! The weight will drop off eventually, just give it time! Sometimes if you work out a lot, your muscles will retain a lot of water, that could account for your stagnant weight. But weight is not the measure for health, body fat % is, keep checking that…

it is both, but weight loss is 80% food, so if it's an either/or situation (which is weird!) go for dieting! workout will just speed it up

I once did a 1000 cals workout and burnt 530 cals using a HRM! If they say up to, they are probably calculating the absolute maximum, doesn't necessarily mean everyone will burn this much.
