  • i used to always do cookies, cake and candy.........but since starting on this weight loss journey (again) since april, i havent really had those so not sure what i'll do this year, if anything. maybe i'll do something instead......i do need to be more consistant with workouts.

  • me, my 2 sisters and mom and dad all started together on this journey. none of us live together but motivate each other and that helps. i work with my dad so we do lunches together so trying to lose weight together helps.
  • For me, it helped by telling myself just get thru 2 weeks of no sweets. that has helped kill alot of my sugar/sweet cravings.
