Congrats! Difficult position to be in taking care of kids and elderly parents. I find it hard starting the exercise so I tell myself first thing in the morning, just 10 minutes and then you can quit but I always end up doing more. I'm obsessed with my fitbit as well!

I'm so very sorry for your loss. I think taking care of yourself is the best way to honor your son...even though I'm sure that is probably the hardest thing to do right now. The fact that you are getting out of bed each day is a victory. Set small goals for yourself. Maybe take a short walk or drink more water or cut down…
