  • Returning after a long time, using Topps program and charting so far I have lost 33lbs weigh in tonight., this site helps to account for what you eat all day. I am 76 so for health reasons I need to get this off.

  • Save back a few calories for times like that, Laughing Cow on crackers, celery etc... or there is a fudge tuffle bar made by Skinny Cow for a 100 calores worth every bite.I don`t dwell on it if I get hungry I eat, just enough to say I had something.

  • Well, if you don`t care about the carbs there is bread out there that is only 35 calories a slice ( at least in my area there are) and there is Pita bread and some vary in calories ( you can eat half and make a sandwich ) . I love bread too so I try to find some other ways to compensate.

  • Well, I am 69 and find it comes off slowly and I don`t exercise BUT I find on here the calories sometimes aren`t accurate even though I love this site so I kinda do my own thing and allow for what I do know is right. The site has helped me be aware of what I am putting in my mouth but don`t understand why some of it is off…

  • Oh you have to try SKINNY COW low fat truffles or fudge bars, they are delious and only a 100 calories, worth it!
  • When I went to Weight Watchers they had changed and was saying all liquids are counted although they prefer you drink water I guess. I was glad to hear that for I can`t drink all that water.
