I am going into week four and just being determined to reach my goal and keep tracking daily sure helps. I keep a chart on my fridge and way every Monday, I keep talking to people on here. I joined on the internet CAFEMOM and there is post on there you may want to join also.
Things you may want to try is frozen grapes if you have a sweet tooth, also, there is a fudge bar called Skinny Cow that is VERY good. ..........................Good Luck and I know you can do it.........0 -
A plateau usually occurs because your bady gets used to your diet and exercise. Change things up do less cardio and more strength or change the type of exercise you are doing. Vitamins can help too. This helped when when I lost 35lb in 4 months about two years ago and now I am trying to get rid of the rest of this weight. Stay strong and have fun. Stress keeps the weight on0

I hit a plateau about 6 months in that lasted 4 weeks.
I upped my exercise and lowered my calorie intake. I also cut out ALL BOOZE which was actually the hardest thing to do.
about a week after doing that I started dropping weight again... hope that helps0
