duck eggs and kombucha

Whole milk. At work I use half and half. I have started sweetening it with at honey (at home) which sounds weird but is actually delicious.

Pan fry with bacon and scrambled egg :D

Ditto on the Bolthouse Yogurt Ranch. Tastes good unlike fat-free anything. Just measure and don't use a ridiculous amount.

I add some but not usually the whole amount of oil/butter, since some stays in the pan. I do try to be pretty generous in my estimates, though.

broccoli, brussels sprouts, peppers. I like them but I will get a stomachache if I eat them.

I like to have a sliced apple with peanut butter and cheddar cheese.

Zero calorie coffee creamer works the same way. I don't remember the exact numbers but it adds up to a lot more calories than one would think.

Duck eggs! So much more delicious than a regular egg.

Unless it is traditionally prepared (fermented).....yes it is bad for you.

I often buy raw cheddar or other varieties from a local farm. It comes in a 16-oz block so when I open it I cut it up into 16 pieces and keep it in a bag in the fridge. Then I know how much I am eating, and if I can "afford" to eat a whole piece or need to cut it in half. Yum. Full fat, always! :)

I wish I had a little bit of a pear shaped rather than the no-waist, no-butt look that I ended up with!

Cheers to all the nursing moms! I nursed my three babies, often in public. Breastfeeding babies do not follow a strict schedule like bottle-fed babies often do. It is harder to predict when and where they will need to eat. Sometimes it's when you are in a restaurant, even if they just ate 30 minutes ago. It just happens.…

Compared to the way that commercial chickens and other food animals are currently raised and slaughtered today, that little duckling's death seems pretty humane to me.

I used to use a lot of Splenda (not as part of primal/paleo) until I noticed that it seemed to be causing joint pains. Now I use stevia drops for my coffee at home; at work I just use one thing of regular sugar - I feel it's probably better than using artificial stuff.

I don't count mine because my activity level is set as "moderate" or whatever the term is. If I were to set it as "sedentary" I would log my steps.

I am this! I think it is unrealistic to say that every woman can return to her pre-baby body, no matter how much dedication and hard work they put in. The body can only stretch so much. I am probably in the best shape I have ever been, I am lean, muscular, and at a low body weight. I have nice, decently hard abs which show…

Being hungry and irritable all the time.

mushrooms!

Love the coconut oil!

I think you have to let yourself enjoy these sort of events. Try the foods that look best to you, don't eat the whole thing if it doesn't taste as good as it looks.

And when he is smoking up.

I don't think it will hurt you but it just sounds like something that someone made up off the top of their head without any real evidence or reason for any of the steps. Seems like there could be a better way.

Having a public diary on here and aiming to complete it every day is one huge factor for me. Since I know people will be looking at it, I try not to eat things ( too often anyway) that I don't want to share!

Many people who have diabetes have inherited the tendency towards getting it from their mother or father. Whether or not they actually get it depends heavily, although not exclusively, on diet and lifestyle.

One "dice" worth is usually what is considered a serving, but one ounce really is more like 4 dice.

I do the same thing!

Sourdough is also a good choice.

I wish I could do this more often! Unfortunately, the store that is close is my least favorite one. Also, I usually have to buy 3 gallons of milk each time I go. I would have the stroller with me but it is usually pretty full of kid! I guess I will just have to try to do it more often when I only need a couple of items.

Hormel Compleats meals. Totally barf.
