Lately, I am loving Fuji apples (so firm and crisp and flavorful); and cottage cheese with mini pineapple chunks; and baby carrots with hummus.0

Hard boiled eggs (white only) stuffed with some Emerald Valley Garlic & Greek Olive hummus. Great hit of protein, tastes delicious, quick and easy.
Don't get into a yolk fight, people-- I just hate the taste and texture of yolks.

Nakkid Juice Green Machine. I mix 1/2 serving with 1/2 serving of carrot juice and 1 cup of distilled water.
It has an awesome taste and helps me wake up in the morning!0 -

Greek Yogurt and a Tablespoon of Chia Seeds.. Oh and honey and cinnamon tea. ( I have to force myself to eat breakfast this makes it quick and less painful since i'm not really hungry then.)0

My most recent addiction is beets. Roasted, juiced, sauteed... any way but pickled. Roots and the tops.
