  • Working out 6 days a week is quite a lot though - Maybe try working out 3 times a week, and get back on track with your eating! I used to work out a lot, but it was too much. I used to get so annoyed if I missed a class or didn't burn 'x' amount of calories. Ok now I may have put on a few lbs, but I am more happier and now…

  • If your still hungry, I would say eat a good few more calories but burn some with added exercise!! With only 10lbs to lose, set your goals to 0.5lb per week so you can eat more. Eat lots of good fats, high protein - Should keep you fuller for longer. Fruit, veggies, nuts etc

  • Good fats & protein should satisfy you for longer. Try and eat lots of veggies, salads etc - Not a lot of calories. I like fruit & nuts for snacks. Also make sure to drink plenty of water - You could be dehydrated and not ACTUALLY hungry??
