I'm 5'1" started at 142. Currently 136 and looking to get to 110. I've gotten down to 116 using this site, and am ready to do it again..... and always looking for new friends. :)

YES! It's been a constant struggle for me. I don't usually go to bed hungry, but I hit a level of hunger between 3:30-5:30 that is DANGEROUS! I've been working to tweak my meals and snacks to help. My favorite post of the day! Thanks for the inspiration. I'm also adamant about keeping my favorite foods in my diet. It's nice to see that patience and persistance will get us to our goals without torturing ourselves. You look GREAT!

The first time I measured out a REAL serving of cereal, I almost peed my pants laughing. Really? 3/4 of a cup? They better start making bowls smaller because that crap barely covers the bottom.

I'm at my heaviest point. It seems to me I'm most comfortable with my body when I'm right around 112-115. I like to look strong. It's been a couple years since I've been there, but, I think this site is really going to help! Anyone with similar goals feel free to add me! Maybe we can help each other out. :)
