I'm going out for Indian tonight. Anyone have any suggestions for a healthy option? Or some things to stay away from?

Stay away from saucey curries :]0

Curries aren't all that bad for ya, actually! Try choosing a lentil curry instead of a meat one and that'll reduce your fat and calories.0

That's very good to know! Thanks!0

Eat Tandoori and tomato based sauces rather than the creamier buttery options when it comes to curry.0

Thanks everyone!0

As a note to TASTE, i love the chana masala curry (chickpea based) it's delicious and doesn't have cream in it (i'm allergic).0

Stick to the tandoori grilled meats. Many of the sauce based dishes contains LOADS of ghee (aka clarified butter).0

Stay away from the Naam or whatever the name of the bread is it wrecks havoc on your calories. Although I enjoyed going over that day
I tried everything they had!!
