I've been told to count carbs, protein, fat, fiber...the program is not set up to know net carbs.

Their is no way anyone can answer that for you. You would have to wear a device that can tell you. Such as I wear the BodyBugg, counts my steps, activity and calories burned through the day. Our weight and height makes us burn calories totally different from others.

I used hungry girl noodles, (tofu) and some artifical crab meat, two wedges of laughing cow cheese (light swiss) and some hot sauce. Yummm!

Am I the only one that didn't think Water for Elephants was a great as everyone thought. My mother in-law agreed with me too. But she did read The Help, which is my own book that I haven't read...she said that was good.

Well, hello again. The last group we were together in, "lose 10 pounds by halloween". That fizzled. I finished though and now I'm doing a second round of the 30 DS. Not doing the modified versions. I have also have started the C25K, which I know Meg is doing also. So how is it going on your end? Way to go on your weight…

The 30 Day Shred, by Jilian Michaels is a great workout video that has helped a lot of people lose inches and not so much weight. Maybe cut back a little time on swimming and add this workout in. Just a suggestion.

I was curious what you were doing. I wrote down my numbers from this morning. 3.5 walking and 4.5 for running. I burned 177 calories, 1.76 miles for 29 minutes. The first week is only 29 minutes, so are you doing some extra warm up or cool down?

My thighs are a little sore today from doing from doing the 30DS and C25K, two days in a row. But it's a good thing.
