I don't like macadamia nuts but I watched a YouTube video and a guy said he didn't either but loved them dipped in peanut butter. I'm going to give that a try. I love my butter and don't mind adding coconut oil but I love to eat too lol.

I get cranky without carbs. Really cranky. The past few days I've been easing off to see how it would effect me. Today I went for it. My carbs in my diary do not reflect net carbs, I was right at the 20g mark.

I am not a fit person but started on March 4th and had to repeat week 1 as I was cutting my jogs short by a few seconds. When I made it to week 3 day 3 shin splints got the best of me and I took a week off. I have it and I love it. I love the ease of it and the fit coach helps me a lot. I really like how it adjust my exercise calories if mfp estimates it too low. One of the best things that I have ever done for myself was invest in this product.
