"I love you"---I miss hearing these words and her voice daily. Hard to believe I lost my mom (my very best friend and strongest supporter) 8 years ago. One of my very favorite conversations: Mom: "you aren't feeling well are you?" Me: "I feel fine, why?" Mom: "no...I think you are under the whether and a beach trip would…

You are an amazing inspiration and I am happy I have you to look up to on here. You have given me the extra push the last few times I just didn't want to do a thing. You look amazing and I cannot wait to share a SUCCESS and maintenance story..just like you have worked so hard at.

What an amazing job you have done. keep up the hard work, girl! You look amazing!

I have only been working on my running for a bout a month. I used to be the "I only run if someone is chasing me" type of girl. LOL I walk/run almost 2.91 (it is the path I use) 2-3 times a week. I started out warming up, running when I felt I had warmed up walking enough. I would run until I felt I needed a walking break.…

^^^THIS! I would always go with the doctor verse opinions of others that do not know anything about you. But to answer your actual question. I stalled when I wasn't eating back my workout calories and then changed it up a little to eating back 1/3 of my workout calories and have been back on track losing. Good luck!

I do!!! It helps me remember to take all my vitamins AND I like to record/log everything that goes in my body. I actually just had a comment that a friend started logging hers after seeing that I do. :flowerforyou:

I totally understand your fear. I am so glad I am not the only one that is self conscience running outdoors. I have recently started running a 2.75 mile trail 2-3 times a week. At first I would walk fast when I saw someone else coming toward me...now it pushes me to run AT LEAST until I pass them before taking a walking…

Thank you for posting this. I currently jog with pepper spray (during the day), but would love to safely carry my concealed as I jog, just not sure of the best holster to use. so this is helpful!

^^^^THIS! I found that even when I have "a day of shame" and not so great choices...logging everything keeps me accountable to myself!

You are doing amazing and look more toned than your starting pics. I am on Level 3-Day 5 (which I will do after work) and I am seeing a lot of toning difference, but not weight.

yummy! I am going to be doing this soon! I do have a black bean salsa crock pot chili I make that sounds similar. Love it

You look amazing! I am working my way down to the same goal as you...nice to see someone else's hard work paid off!

I am on Day 10 Level 2. I am seeing a difference (and my hubby keeps complimenting me too) in my body and I have lost 3 inches total, but the pounds aren't shredding. Remember, since you are most likely building muscle, you may not see much of a change in the scale but take your measurements, you WILL see a difference…

My "moment" was looking at picture seeing that I was "really THAT big". Deleting pictures off my camera "because that is a horrible picture of me"...then realizing I was deleting ALL pictures with me in them. I started MFP, much more seriously and am seeing that the hard work is paying off. I am so glad that I started the…

I typically weight in on Sunday. I Don't really have a reason behind it...just when I originally started weighing in and it works for me. Also, IF I choose to have a rest day, I choose Sunday, so weighing in helps keep my eating in check

Awesome transformation. You got this!

Great job and Praise. I love when I notice things like this about myself as well. I used to LOVE soda pop, now I "think" I want it, take 2-3 drinks and can not finish it. NSV all the way!
