I'd love the recipes! Thank you!

You CAN do it!

I absolutely LOVE this sentence and couldn't agree more - progress, no matter how slow, is still progress! GREAT job with your accomplishments!

I keep an open diary - was on MFP for awhile, joined WW (and stopped MFP), and came back to MFP a couple of months ago. I've lost 23 pounds with another 15-20 (ish) to go ..... I keep mine open and log everything daily (the good, bad, and ugly) .... anyone feel free to add me -

Feel free to add me as well.

Former WWer that came back to MFP as well (and dropped WW) - feel free to send a friend request - I keep an open diary and am on here daily.

I'm sorry you were the recipient of someone's hurtfulness .... I guess the real question is, "Now what?" -- what are YOU going to do about it? What will YOUR response be? Will you turn to food? Will you self-sabotage? Will you have self-doubt about the journey you're on? Will you believe those words? OR, will you rise…

Google Fit?!?!? I love Google, but have never heard of this! Must check it out!!!

I think it says much more about the other person's character than yours! When faced with negative comments, I try to "rise above" ..... easier said than done sometimes, but giving it too much thought just means you're wasting energy on those not worth it. Rise above and move on ......

It's all about balance - if it's important to you, find a way to work it in. For me, when I know I'm going to have more than a glass or two, I ensure I am moving a lot more that day and burning more calories. I also try to make a conscious effort to eat lower calorie meals that day to fit it in my daily allotment as much…

I'm glad to hear you say that! I definitely struggled week 1 - it was HARD! When I hit this week (week 4)- I worried that I couldn't do the three and five minute intervals, and yet I am .... I still look ahead and think there's no way I'll be able to do week 8 - glad to hear you felt the same, but were able to!…

I'm on Week 4 as well (Day 3) -- I am LOVING the program, and am learning it is definitely a mind game. I am pushing my body to places I thought it would NEVER go, and quite honestly, that feels powerful. Is it hard? YES! Is it worth it? YES! Anyone who is debating it, TRY! When it gets a bit hard, I just slow down a…

What an accomplishment! Great job!

Agreed! Add me as a friend, and we can exchange fitbit information.

About 4-5 times per week, but I count my "official day" as Wednesday. I like several data points to be able to compare (i.e. - this Friday to two weeks ago, etc.) For me, weighing in several times helps to keep me accountable AND takes the pressure off a once a week expectation. It's been interesting to see how much my…

Just wanted to add I'm a former WW online member that left as well - feel free to add me as a friend here - we're all in this together!

You're here. You matter. Keep going! Look at this thread alone - you've already found a lot of support! Do not let the doubts he put in your mind live there -cast them out and keep doing you. I think he's taken enough of your energy - time to reclaim it!!!

Fantastic job!

I did for about two years (online only), and had good results, but recently left and came back here. You can get good results, and the freestyle is pushing you to "cleaner eating" - I don't think it's a good idea for people to think of it as "free though" implying you can eat as much as you want. I have seen lots of people…

Feel free to add me - I log daily and keep an open diary.

I've started the Couch to 5k app. I'm about to begin week 3. It is NOT easy for me as I really didn't exercise much before that (walks daily, but no intense cardio) - I am NOT a runner, but do love when the endorphins kick in afterwards. Having my earbuds in, and a strong playlist is key for me. I tried the treadmill and…

Hello there! I'm not a smoker, but made a lifestyle change (more seriously) at the beginning of the year. For me, I started slowly with eating healthier for a few weeks (and drinking my water/logging food), then, I started walking at least 20-30 minutes each day (became more than that) until that became a habit, and now…

I'm back as well after being gong for awhile - feel free to add me as well. :)

@lizzmiller88 - you add people by clicking on their name (the blue under their profile picture), and then click on their name again when their profile information pops up. Hope this helps. Feel free to add me as well.

I just left WW as well - I'm not a fan of the freestyle program (although I was still losing), and started double-tracking (both there and here) - I then realized this has all of the information and support I need. Feel free to add me as a friend as well. I track daily (good and bad) and try to be supportive. I think the…

Not new, but am back this month for the first time in awhile (after doing WW online) - anyone feel free to add me as well. I log daily and keep an open diary (good, bad, and ugly lol)

I'm old enough to be your mom, but have similar weight loss goals - feel free to send a friend request if you'd like! :)
