How often do you weigh yourself?

I get up, do my business and then weigh myself. Every day.

Daily. It helps me see the fluctuations and keep me calm when the number goes up slightly. I feel way more in control of things because I can see if a certain food impacts me, as far as bloating ect...
I also plan to weigh daily in maintenance. I'm nervous about maintaining so I'm hoping daily weigh ins will keep me in line. This way if the weight starts creeping up I can adjust as needed before it gets out of hand!1 -

I do that to watch the trend and patterns of how much weight I carry at the end of the day compared to what I am the next morning. I've found I'm almost consistently 2.0lbs heavier before bed.
That's funny, I do that too, just to see how much I lose in my sleep, I refer to it as my active rest.1 -
I weigh daily, at about the same time each morning. I record each change in mfp. Sometimes I weigh myself during the day (mainly if the am total changed a lb from day to day). I find it a little habit forming, so fascinating to see how it fluctuates over a day. I need it to help keep me accountable. Also it helps me to focus on the overall goal because there isn’t a magic number but rather a general range.
I don’t measure either. I had planned to, but I can’t keep it in the same place. For that I’m looking forward to having collarbones and how things fit.1 -
Thanks everyone, really appreciate all the comments.
Think i am going to weigh daily for a week or two and see how that goes. Will be nice to not have the pressure of a weekly weigh in.
I've lost 20lbs so far and have been at a little stand still for a few weeks, I've also had lots of celebrations recently so party food and lots of alcohol has been consumed. Hoping a daily weigh in will keep me in check and make me put down the snacks! Feel like i'm going into stage two of my weight loss!0 -
Daily, in the evening (because it's convenient, right before I shower).
Since weight fluctuates so much from day to day, I feel that a weekly weigh in could give the wrong idea (either positively or negatively). Plus, I like looking at the Google Fit graph!
Google Fit?!?!?
I love Google, but have never heard of this! Must check it out!!!

When I did MFP before I only weighed once a week or even every other week. Daily can put you on an emotional roller. Weekly or less and you can really see if you are losing.0

I weigh myself every day and was feeling like I was obsessing with it but it's nice to see I am not the only one.0

Daily and I use the weight trend app Libra to balance out the fluctuations.1

Daily, but don't allow it to mess with my mood1

once a week every Friday morning before my morning coffee.1

I'm also a daily weigher, which I like in general but was really getting me down when it would fluctuate up. I took the advice of people in this thread (and others) to get a weight tracking app. I downloaded Libra and it is really reassuring. I felt like I made no progress this year, but I have lost 5 lb. since January. Woo hoo!1

2-3x per week.1

Just wondering how often everyone ways themselves?
Also i don't measure myself , i know this is highly recommended but i don't think i'll be able to get the tape in the same place every time.
Every single day after I go to the bathroom and before I eat breakfast. After 7 days, I calculate my average weight and I then compare with my previous weeks average to see if I am losing/maintaining or gaining weight. After 3-4 weeks, if I am not happy with the result and I modify my calories, rinse and repeat.1 -
Daily, first thing in the AM after using the bathroom. I'm in maintenance, and it gives me peace of mind that I'm still on track. Or, if I do notice an upward trend, to reign it back in.1

It is the first thing I do at work each day (big guy, nice digital shipping scales), so 5-7 days a week. Short of being naked, which they do not approve of apparently, it is as consistent as I can get as I wear the same uniform everyday and I empty everything from my pockets and such.
I don't sweat it and I just enter what the readout says. Some days I lose, some days I don't, some days I might gain a pound but it all works out.
My wife, on the other hand, only weighs herself at the doctor's office. She feels that is often enough and knows that if she starts paying attention to the scale she will start obsessing with it so she just doesn't do it at home.

Daily. My weight only drops a couple of times a month in big "wooshes" so I don't want to miss them.1

I read an article recently that suggested every 3 days. I have been doing that. I dont think it is beneficial to weigh yourself everyday because, for me at least, it will cause more anxiety. The three days seems to be a perfect fit for me because I have something to look forward to every 3 days and work hard during the three days before to hopefully see results!!1

Daily. It helps me plan which size shirt to wear.2
