Bowl of milk. Small handful of frosted mini wheats. Place each mini wheat frosting side up in the bowl - must be floating on TOP Let soak for approximately 30 seconds. Eat one at a time. Rinse and repeat. It's the only way.

I completely agree..it's complicated and can get pretty time consuming. When weight lifting was a huge priority for me, I didn't mind so much. But at the moment I'm really having to "work in" trips to the gym, and complex isn't cutting it

I have to agree...as far as cardio goes, the stair master is killer! I need to start using it again. I most do weight training, so the purpose of every workout it to make it difficult, regardless of what it is :)

Hello! I share your struggle - I'm small but I still have a tummy after 3 kids! Don't lose hope though...20 pounds is a lot of fat, and it could shrink your belly completely. That's what I'm holding out for.

I've found large amounts of carbs make me bloat like none other. It's not really a "fat" issue, but still contributes to tummy flatness. Not really applicable across the board, but I thought it was worth mentioning since I'm bored.
