    I saw a couple of ladies at the gym using one of those all in one machines. One was "teaching" the other how to use it. After doing some cables on the upper body, she lowered the pulley, and tried to put her foot through the hand grip. She couldn't figure out why the thing kept slipping off her shoe. The ankle strap was right at her feet the whole time. I had a hard time not laughing.

    Thought you were going to say she ended up hanging upside down from it and needed someone to unhook a foot.
