there is a guy at my gym....really nice guy btw...but anyways this guy...
he will spend 5 minutes at the lat pull down machine with the weight set at 40 pounds and his legs in a split formation on the floor and pull down reps that way...
i still have yet to figure out how the splits on the floor help his lat pull down form...but whatever makes him happy....
don't get me wrong, i'm not exercise shaming...just color me confused is all.0 -
