Hey there! I have some concerns about this as well. I'm new to breastfeeding but was told that I just need to eat 500 more calories. So I added 500 calories to my allotted calorie intake. I'm only on day two so I have no progress to share yet. Hopefully other mommas can share some advice :)

I'd love some new friends!!! I'm not new to MFP been here for about 3 years, lost 50lbs, but gained it all back plus some after having another baby! I Need all the friends and motivation I can get and it will be greatly returned!

171.8/171.4/150 Last week was terrible for me, but this week is off to a great start. I got in almost an hour and a half at the gym yesterday morning, and would've today too, but its snowing pretty hard, and I can't risk taking the kiddos out. My ymca only has sitter options between 830 am and 10 am.

I totally missed weigh in this week! Ahh! I will be weighing in tomorrow though for the new week. I am starting back at the gym tomorrow bright and early. I can't wait. Happy holidays ladies! :)

Me me and me. I feel like a failure to because I said I wouldnt let it happen. I lost almost all the weight I needed to, then got pregnant, and everything I had learned about eating right and working out went right out the window. Now I sit here with all this left over weight and a very guilty feeling. I am truly disgusted…

171.8/170.4/150 I did okay this week, I logged in every day and commented a few times. I will be better this week! Just started a new b/c last week, so my body is all crazy.. I'm hoping it'll start to be normal soon. Good luck this week ladies! P.S. My LO gets her first shots tomorrow, so NOT looking forward to that :(

Im sorry I didnt log weight yesterday, we are dealing with the storm here. This challenge ends at the end of december, or is that wrong? My stats: 171.8/171.8/150 My goal is150 if the challnge ends by January. My dream goal is 120 :) Also, will we be weighing in every Monday here?

I did day 2 this morning and actually burned 40 more calories than yesterday. Tomrrow should start to get easier. Also, I am taking my measurments so I can really see how well this is working. =]

I had mine open and was doing amazing, then I fell off the wagon and wasnt logging everything because I thought my mfp buds would be ashamed of me. I closed it so I could start to be honest with myself again. I will be reopening it again when I feel ready.

I go with a friend, but we do not socialize, we do our own thing and meet up after wards. That way we still have some one there to support us but we stay focused. It's very easy to be sidetracked by a friend.

I just started being 'good' again today. I did 6 miles of exercise this morning to try and make up for the holiday massacre of foods I had. I seriously just couldn't stop. It was ridiculous. But I have a handle on things again, and don't plan on splurging like that for a very very long time. I felt terrible the whole time.

I've come to accept the fact that I am pale and meant to stay this way. I tried tanning beds, they give me neven color, I ended up with very tanned butt and breasts but the rest of me stayed pretty white.
