Well done. Keep on the good work. We man first loose our belly, so we not need new clothes soon. But there will be a time soon u need new clothes every 2 months.

I eat wat i like, and i eat it a lot. Why not ?? I like steak and Turkey, so eat that almost every day. And it's healty too. So I never eat something that's good for me.. only what I like, As long I stay on goal, its fine for me

Walking is the best start exercise U will find. And u can do it everywhere and everytime for free.

My scale is sometimes doing the same. The playe where u stand on the scale is also important So a bit to the left rigght fron or back will give different numbers.
