Thanks Demwitted, I have changed my settings to maintenance. I am not being silly about it but really don't want to go mad like last time!
-
Me too! I am also due July 2012 and really don't want to put on a ridiculous amount of weight as it took me ages to get it off and I suffered from post natal depression. I am not sure what my calorie intake should be - 1800? Would love to join a group if there is one about. Congratulations to you guys too!

Amazing - well done and you sounds soooo happy and motivated to keep going. Love MFP too x

Thank you for sharing!

Fab! Thank you

Sorry taken so long to reply! I use the promax diet chocolate shake and bars - you can get a good deal on these on amazon.... or, just make sure you are eating lots of lean protein in your diet. How's it going?
-
Amazing and inspirational! Well done! x

I really liked it seeing as it is only 20 mins. The first 3 days were sore but I made sure I walked it off and drank protein shakes to recover and I saw results within 14 days. It really got my weight loss off to a fab start. Going to start it again soon as weight loss has slowed down again.

interesting indeed!

Another person with advice! I totally understand what you are going through - my weight started creeping up after uni and then I got pregnant and it really soared. This site is great for a start - even if you just use it at first to be more aware of what you are eating. It'll make you think about it if you log your food.…

It looks as if you are doing something right as you have lost 3lb already! 1200 cals is correct and you earn calories if you work out so say you have done a 20 minute workout which has burnt 200 cals this mean you now have 1400 cals to eat / drink! Healthy eating is obviously important too and try to up your protein if you…

I agree - those are nasty and the arm raises don't seem to be getting any easier!
-
ditto above! I love avocados but only have 1/2 of one and have it with salad to keep the calories down. They are soooo good for you and your skin. Well worth the calories!
-
I LOVE 30DS - been doing ti now for 6 days and it does get easier and with a change to my diet and the help of mfp, I can already feel a change! Good luck!
-
Well done - you look AMAZING! Really inspirational! Thanks for sharing x
-
Well done so far and good luck!
-
Well done so far. MFP is really good and the people are really supportive. It's even better if you have the app for your phone. Good luck
-
You look AMAZING! Well done and thanks for posting!
-
I have a 2 year old too and I am only now starting to get back into the healthy eating mind set thanks to MFP. Also, when you have a wee one, you are eat because you are tired. don't beat yourself up about it but hopefully this will help you think about whether or not you REALLY need that piece of cake! Good luck x
-
Ditto above!
-
Depends if you want to bulk up or tone up. Heavier weights will bulk you up whereas lighter weight with more reps will help you to tone and lose weight. Good luck!
-
You look fantastic - I have exactly the same story as you. Keep up the good work x
-
Me too!
-
Welcome! You sound really fired up and ready to do something about it. Good luck and look back at this post if you are ever feeling disillusioned. x
-
Hiya! How are you and how much are you looking to lose? Everyone is lovely here and really supportive - welcome to MFP!
-
Good luck - I would at least try this and then see how you feel. Set yourself a 30 day challenge, set up a forum and see how you do. Everyone is so lovely here. x
