I don't have a huge problem with binge/overeating anymore. I used to hide food, buy more than I needed, etc. I'm getting really good at stopping when I feel full- so now I'm pleasantly full & content & not overly stuffed. I like that feeling much better! My one vice in this area is I'm an emotional eater. Knowing that I'm…

Sometimes, but I remember that the body does need time to rest & recoup. I just try being consistent in my eating & exercise overall.

I'm 4' 9"...My heavist was around 156. I'm 135 now. Just keep going even when you don't want to. Keep focused on your goals. My fiance gave me a goal if I lose I get a prize....not that fitting into my wedding dress in a month isn't prize enough, but extra incentive is always good! Make sure you watch what you eat &…

I think it's easiest with small steps...don't do anything extreme! Change your eating habits...introduce more fruits & veggies, start logging everything again, & start exercising. I think it would be great to find activities you & the kids can do together. My friend looks up for free activites- bike riding, dancing, etc.-…

Glad you're going to go see a doctor & nutritionist. They should be able to help you out a lot!

Each person is different. If your concerned about what exercises would be best for you with you knee I'd suggest going to a doctor. Let him/her know your concerns & let them help you figure out what is best for you. As far as Curves, I've never tried it. If you found it effective & a good support you may want to try it…

Charity- you have been doing so well. I'm so proud of you for taking control of your life. I know your family is too! Also remember doctors recommend you typically lose around 2 pounds a week to be healthy. I'm not sure if it's different for you with the surgery. I'm looking forward to seeing a brand new Charity at my…

I thought superhippiechik was crazy with 300 calories in 15 minutes so I did some research...& she was RIGHT!!!! I found an article where researchers wanted to see if they are as effective as people claim & they are. Just thought people might like to know. Now I'm super motivated to get started today!

HI! I'm 34 & getting married at the end of March to a Coast Guard reservist who is hoping to go active. I've actually lost weight since I met Matt, but want to lose some more before the wedding. I would love to encourage & support other military wives on their journey to a healthier life!

I'm a soon-to-be military wife. My fiance is in the Coast Guard as a reservist but is hoping to go active. No kids- just adjusting to the military lifestyle/thinking. I have at least 20 pounds to lose & hope to lose at least 10 of it before the wedding at the end of March. I hope we can support each other!

One option for a road trip is prepacking...veggies, low calorie snacks, fruit. That way when you get hungry you have something to snack on & not be tempted to stop at a fast food joint or restaurant as quickly. If it's part of your meal plan to have sandwiches & you have a cooler you could make PB & J or a meat sandwich if…

I'm 4'9"! My fiance thinks I can get to 110, but I'd be happy right now between 120 & 115 before the wedding. You are all inspiring me to keep going!

I've been wondering the same thing...hope someone knows the answer!

I'm getting married in 59 days and freaking out that I won't lose the weight & hate the pictures. I'd love to have all of your support & I'm willing to give it back. I know how stressful & terrifying it can be at times. Friend me if you'd like to keep encouraging each other!

I worked at an eating disorder facility for anorexics & bulimics. We always weighed them in the morning. Their hair had to be dry, just used the restroom, & had just a gown on to get the most accurate weight. If you weight in in the evening you are also seeing the food & fluids you've eaten throughout the day.
