Coke!! But I have a cheat day and that day I drink my coke. Havent affected me yet and that motivates me to do really good in the week for my next coke on my next cheat day.

Same here. I like RI30 best also because you are not stuck on same excercises the whole month. Theres a change every week. But love them both. Its the same 3-2-1 but RI30, I find it. more challenging. Try them both and you will decide which is best for you. Enjoy!!!

Well, I've been doing it for some weeks now and the first time I did it i woke up sore all over , not the breast but the chest and exclusively the butt!! Woohoo it hurt so much. I have read that there is no such thing as starvation mode. Search for the topic here under starvation. What you hit when you dont lose a pound is a plateau.

Its because diet sodas has an effect on your body like when drinking alcohol. Because of the acid in them has a dehydration effect. Thats why is not recommended to drink more than 2 diet soft drinks per day. So if you do drink more than 2 a day you may get the chance of water retention.
