Mine is not a continuous streak but to test it out I just pulled up a couple of diary days from 2011 and they are still there. So I think you will be fine

The items dealt with in a wellness exam will be different depending on age but should focus on age appropriate general health screening. He/she should record your blood pressure regardless of age, also height and weight to determine your BMI. You should know your vaccination status so take in prior records if you have them…

You will notice it more on the smaller woman as she will lose over 17% of her weight and the heavier person will only be losing 10% of her starting weight.

See your physician. This is a true medical condition but it is treatable, usually with antihistamines and often with an inhaler before exercise. With treatment you may be able to exercise.

You can't. Period. Many of us have been where you are. Attempts to 'help' or change the other person usually backfire. He has to want to do it himself/ As hard as it is to see a loved one destroy themselves. the best thing you can do is be a good example. If he requests help provide him the tools and advice and hope and…

No to this ^^^. She said she is on 1200 calories for weight loss. Not wise with the pregnancy. Refer to the subsequent responses.

"Just to clarify...I was by no means giving medical advice. She did ask what we were doing and how we got through it. I know my answer wasn't like some others. However, I agree...she needs to work with her doctor. I would hope anyone on here would talk to their doctors. But, nothing is being said on here that can't be…

Please people, stop playing doctor and telling her to get on hormones or this and that treatment! The poster is on Tamoxifen which is an anti-estrogen treatment used to prevent recurrent breast cancer. If my assumption is correct (that her treatment was breast cancer) then hormones are totally contraindicated and put her…

I think you are confusing BMI with body fat percentage. Scales don't measure BMI. The BMI is a calculation based only on height and weight. The bioimpedence scales are supposed to measure body fat% which is different. I have one but it varies so much depending on time of day and hydration status that to me it is not…

Well I guess I will ask the obvious since no one has mentioned it..........are you sure you are not pregnant? See your doctor in any case. There are multilple possible reasons and if it is from exercise or being underweight then those things will need to be modified.

Why in the world wouldn't you count them? They have calories and if not counted you could be way over your limit.

You don't do anything different than anyone else really. WIthout being diligent it is common for women to gain weight around the time of menopause but with hard work, diet, exercise it doesn't have to be that way. I have to work really hard at it but currently at the same weight I was in college. I"m 58 now.

Annoying yes but isn't that better than having a real creep walking on your street and no one taking the time to report it or have it checked out? Especially if you are out at night it is nice to know the cops are around!

A small roll of travel duct tape. It has come in handy for more things than you woud ever imagine.

Oh OK I now see you already saw a doctor and got tested. That wasn't clear from the original post. good for you.

Some people online ARE doctors but I would not be so presumptuous to attempt a diagnosis online and no one else should either. The above is the best answer I have seen yet.

Might want to print out a week or so of your food log for review. Make sure you have a list of all the medications you take. What is your current height and weight? It looks like you are close to goal. If so then it will be slow going at this point and it sounds like you are doing all the right things. You should probably…

I'm 58 and never felt better. I run, bike, hike, swim, do yoga, elliptical and finally have the time to do it since taking an early retirement last year. Work was interfering with my fun time!

Oh that is so true! (Well not the cutting in line part). My husband is on 7 different meds.........cholesterol, blood pressure, blood thinners, heart rhythm etc. Of course some is genetic but he eats like crap and certainly isn't on MFP. I have tried and tried to work on the diet but we basically each cook for ourselves…

That is 1.2 pounds. Why are you disappointed? That is a good healthy amount to lose in a week. Just wondering exactly what you expected?

Most of you are babies! I am 58 and didn't start running until I was 43. I have done 40 half marathons and 8 full marathons including one in Antarctica and Nepal. I have done several century bike rides and sprint triathlons. No more 'time of month'. I was fortunate to be able to retire early one year ago so now I have all…

I gave up bottled water. Much of it is just tap water that you are paying good money for and the amount of plastic waste is horrific. Why not just fill your own bottles to go and save some money and the environment?
