Well...for March I'm going to up the weights on the weight machines... Usually when you are craving/starving... your body is telling you something.... A couple of options then.... multivitamin, and get your iron levels checked, or get a vitamin assay ( done with blood work from your health care provider) and see what your body is lacking.... it might make a difference.

Hi Chris, Welcome to the group...I'm 55 and post menopausal too... I lost nearly 40 lbs. a couple of years ago, but 10 has crept back on, and the tummy and but definitely found those extra lbs. MFP is definitely an asset when we're all looking at becoming fitter. Good to have you here. Diana
