My older sister has had a lot of luck drinking 2 cups of soy milk (that helps your body to produce estrogen) per day. She said the effects were almost immediate. This is my second week of drinking soy milk, and really I don't see a difference... anyone else try soy milk as a homeopathic cure?

IMHO: Don't try to lose more at this point, spend 4-5 months lifting at the gym and tone what you have... you'll look even more amazing.After toning, then re-assess. Congrats on your losses! Good work!

From what I've read, and how I am losing... adding a probiotic (acidophilis) daily and ensuring that meals are mostly protein and lower carb (not no carb) is key. I have a special recipe for tuna that makes it taste quite a bit like shrimp cocktail. It is my own concoction. Now it's the only way I like tuna. 1 tin tuna bit of diced onion 1 celery stalk diced 2 tablespoons ketchup 1 teaspoon horseradish 2 tablespoons *kitten* brand sweet chili sauce for chicken. stir and eat.

I find 1200 too constricting... perhaps set it to lose 1 lb. per week instead of 2 lbs. per week.... see if that allows you more calories..

I notice that your diet is carbohydrate heavy...including bananas.... try eating low carb and the pounds should fall off. Examples of low carb diets are Paleo or Atkins. Sometimes it's not the calories, but the "macros" or how much of the carbs, protein and fats you are eating.... I know it is with me... Good Luck
