    2) swimming

Rats this always happens - I said swimming, then thought, 'no, running! no, cycling! no, swimming! ARGH!' Stick with swimming, swimming's cool!

    Thank you

Not sure if you have enough yet, here's mine:
    Female: 6 or 7 days a week
PILATES (class only 2 times a week, the other days walking...but pilates is my favorite, won't skip class!)

run 4 days a week, lift 2, line dance on my rest day (I don't consider that exercise specificially but I'll let you define since its your project)

I like running more than lifting

    I run 7 days a week, twice a day on 5 days a week.

I adjust that schedule based on my fitness as it develops. Sometimes I take a rest day if I feel like I really need it.

    Hello and Happy Easter everyone!

I'm doing a project for class and I need 12 men & 8 women to answer these two question.

    1. How many days per week do you exercise?
    2. What is your favorite exercise?

    Thank you!! :)

Always glad to help a fellow student. :)

    1. How many days per week do you exercise?
    a. I do strength training 3-days per week
    b. I do conditioning 2 to 3 days a week

    2. What is your favorite exercise?
If I had to choose one exercise it would be the Back Squat. The Back Squat really helps build the muscles that are essentially the foundation for strength and muscle function. Although a little more than just the Back Squat is needed, it is an exercise that can significantly improve the performance and function of healthy individuals.
